Since then my symptoms had worsened, so I booked in to see Dr Bhopal. He is such a kind and reassuring doctor who really listens — I finally felt like it wasn’t all in my head, and I’m looking forward to feeling better in the very near future after my treatment. This was our first visit to Doc Plus. We had a positive experience from the moment we entered the reception area where we were greeted in a lovely, friendly manner. Whilst we were having a very minor procedure, Dr Bhopal was very professional and put us at ease throughout the procedure, which was welcomed by my elderly mother. Went for a gender blood test. Extremely professional and welcoming environment and they accommodated me with the specific time that I needed for the appointment. Dr and the sonographer were very nice. They also did a scan for the baby, which was much better quality than the NHS one and they send you videos and photos. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the gender results, but can't fault the clinic, the result of the test was rather prompt too. would recommend them and would use in the future. Anna mckeever
